Richard W. Hendrix
Mr. Hendrix was born on August 22, 1952 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He was admitted to the bar in Georgia in 1977 and the bar in South Carolina in 1978. He is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Hendrix earned his JD in 1977 from Emory University and his BA in 1974 from Davidson College, where he graduated with cum laude honors.

Michael A. Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan was born on December 9, 1955 in Charleston, South Carolina. He was admitted to the bar in Georgia in 1985. Mr. Sullivan earned his JD in 1984 from Vanderbilt University. He earned his AB in 1977 from the University of North Carolina. While at Vanderbilt University, Mr. Sullivan was the Senior Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review from 1983 to 1984.

Mr. Wisebram was born on August 4, 1952 in Barnesville, Georgia. He was admitted to the bar in Georgia in 1977. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Wisebram earned his JD in 1977 from Emory University and his AB in 1974 from Harvard University.

Charles E. McCranie, Esq. (Of Counsel)
Mr. McCranie was born on August 23, 1927 in Cecil, Georgia. He was admitted to the bar in Georgia in 1953. He is licensed to practice law before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. McCranie earned his LLB in 1953 at John Marshall University, where he was a Sigma Delta Kappa member. He earned his AB from the University of Georgia in 1950.
